Warranty Policy

Duration and Scope:

Every product purchased from Tech in a Blink is protected by a 12-month warranty, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty is applicable to all products under the condition that they are used in a manner that is consistent with their intended use.

Coverage Details:

The warranty exclusively covers defects in materials and workmanship that occur during normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Tech in a Blink will either repair the defective product or replace it with the same or a comparable product at no charge.

Exclusions:

    • Consumable items such as batteries, bulbs, and other components expected to diminish over time are not covered under this warranty unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship.

    • Any damage resulting from accidental drops, spills, or other physical damage is not covered under this warranty. Additionally, damage from unauthorized modifications, connections to incorrect voltage supplies, or attempted repairs by non-certified technicians will render this warranty void.
  3. Normal Wear and Tear:

    • Deterioration of the product caused by normal wearing and tearing, aging, or weather conditions is not covered under warranty.
