Understanding Our Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. This policy applies to both defective and non-defective products.

Eligibility for Return:

  • Items must be in the same condition that you received them, either new or slightly used, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. This includes no signs of wear, damage, or alterations, and packaging must include all original components.
  • You’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  • Returns should be sent to: 1 Fleetwood Way, Watford, WD19 6NB, United Kingdom.
  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, which you can download and print for free, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. We can also arrange for the collection of the item.
  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • If you prefer to use your own shipping label, we can refund you for the label cost up to £10. You must provide a receipt of your shipping costs by email, and we will refund you to your original payment method.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Additional Information:

  • There is a 20% restocking fee on the sales price.
  • There is no return shipping cost if you use our provided return label.

4. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Cancellations

We do not accept cancellations after the order is placed. If you wish to cancel an order, you will need to return the item for a full refund once you receive it.

6. 12-Month Warranty
